When is Home Care appropriate?

  • Following a Hospital stay.

  • For an illness or injury which does not require hospitalization.

  • While recovering from accidents, heart attacks and strokes.
  • For wound care and dressing changes.

What methods of payment are accepted?

  • Worker's Compensation

  • Self Pay

AM I ELIGIBLE?

You may qualify for home health care if:

You are homebound; cannot leave the house without a taxing effort.

You are in need of skilled nursing care; Nursing, PT, OT, ST or other.
